Your time can change
someone's world

We are a community-powered foundation. Every volunteer brings unique gifts — and every hour given makes our programs richer, wider, and more alive.

Why Give Your Time

More than volunteering

Create real, local impact
Your hours directly enable free programs for hundreds of community members who would otherwise have no access to mental wellness support or creative expression.
Grow in unexpected ways
Many of our volunteers tell us that teaching others, facilitating groups, and showing up consistently has changed them as much as those they serve. There is a deep reciprocity here.
Join a loving community
Our volunteers come from diverse backgrounds — artists, students, professionals, parents, elders. The friendships formed here last long beyond each event or session.

FAQ

Common Questions

How much time do I need to commit?
+
Most roles require 4–8 hours per month. Event organising roles may require more time in the week before a big event, but we always plan well in advance. Flexibility is core to how we work — we accommodate part-time, student, and working volunteer schedules.
Do I need special qualifications?
+
Most roles have no formal qualification requirements — we care more about your values, your willingness to learn, and your warmth toward people. Youth mentor roles require a basic background check. Any technical training needed (meditation facilitation, etc.) is provided by us.
Can I volunteer if I live outside Bihar?
+
Yes! Our Content & Design role and Online Session facilitation can be done remotely. We welcome volunteers from across India and the diaspora for these roles.
Can students volunteer for academic credit or NGO hours?
+
Absolutely. We provide official letters and certificates confirming volunteer hours, roles, and the nature of work. Many of our volunteers are students completing NGO service hours or building their social impact portfolio. We are happy to tailor documentation to your institutional requirements.
